把视频补帧到更高帧率（最高 120 fps），让运动画面更顺滑流畅。兼容火山云 AI MediaKit 官方格式。

task_id 后轮询 任务查询接口。任务成功后，结果中的 resolution、fps 会回填实际输出的分辨率档位与帧率。
